Trust

Built with brakes, so you can floor it.

Race cars have the best brakes on the track. That's why they can go so fast. Emerjent shows its work on every move, so you can hand it more, sooner.

Click anything, see where it came from.

Every task, decision and draft links back to the meeting, email or person behind it.

Wake up to what happened overnight.

“Catch me up” shows what ran, what changed, and why.

Your client sees what you choose.

Nothing reaches the portal until your team publishes it.

Hands-on today. Hands-off when you’re ready.

Start by reviewing everything, then hand over each step as it earns your trust.

Refusals

What Emerjent refuses to do

Some things a system should never do quietly. These are built into Emerjent, not left to a prompt.

It won’t guess which engagement you meant. If a client has two, it asks.

It won’t credit your client’s sign-off to your team.

It won’t execute a change order the client hasn’t authorized.

It won’t let a meeting quietly add work to your plan.

It won’t call an empty run a success.

It won’t show a gap as a zero.

It won’t start a project nobody decided to start.

It won’t send a reminder about something your client was never told.

It won’t ship the original when you corrected the draft.

Worth knowing

  • Your agency’s owners and admins can make changes without a second reviewer. You decide who holds those roles.
  • When a client gives sign-off on a call, your team can record it, with the client’s name and email, so the record shows who actually agreed.
The three promises

Isolation

Every client and every teammate in a locked room.

Your call

Nothing reaches your client until your team says so.

The live view

Your clients see the live view of their work, on your brand, showing only what you choose.

Your data and your AI

Your data and your AI.

Bring your own model keys and set your own limits.

Connect the AI provider you already pay. Your keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them. Only your owners and admins can add or change them.

Tenant isolation.

Every agency’s data is walled off at the database, and every request is scoped to the workspace it came from. We test that one agency can’t read or change another’s records, and that the rightful owner still can.

Backups and certifications, plainly.

Your workspace is backed up daily by our managed database provider. Emerjent does not hold a SOC 2 or ISO certification today. If your security review needs more detail, ask us and we’ll walk you through it.

Common questions

Questions people ask about this.

How do I know where a task or draft came from?

Click it. Tasks, decisions and drafts link back to the meeting, email or person behind them. If Emerjent can't link a source, it doesn't pretend to have one, and text is labeled as AI drafted only when the system can show that a model run actually wrote it.

Can Emerjent send something to my client without my team?

Not by default. Client-facing work waits until someone on your team publishes it, and outbound client email starts in approval for every workspace, so each message is held for your team to approve before it goes out. As steps earn your trust you can hand more of them over, step by step, and you can take any of them back.

What happens if a client signs off on a call instead of in the portal?

Your team records the sign-off with the client's own name and email, so the record shows who actually agreed. Emerjent won't let an operator's click count as the client's approval in the portal, and it won't execute a change order until the client's authorization is on file.

Is Emerjent SOC 2 certified?

Not today. We don't hold SOC 2, ISO or third-party penetration test certifications, and we won't imply otherwise. Your workspace is isolated at the database, backed up daily by our managed provider, and your AI keys are encrypted. Ask us for a walkthrough if your security review needs more.

Who controls how much Emerjent does on its own?

You do. Your owners and admins decide which steps need a person to review them and who can build or change workflows, agents and skills. Start by reviewing everything, then hand over individual steps as they prove themselves. Nothing about that is decided for you.

No black boxes. No “I didn’t do that.”
